Read MoreCancer is no longer considered a mortal disease provided it is detected and treated in time.Bangladesh has a number of hospitals which are providing world class treatment in curing various diseases but not Cancer.Cancer treatment, requiring a very long and expensive procedure, is still beyond the reach of the average people of our country, let alone the question of the poor masses. To the general mass Cancer is a killer of the patients as well as their families because of the exorbitant treatment cost which drains out a family fortune.
Emergency medical services (EMS), also known as ambulance services or paramedic services, are emergency services that provide urgent pre-hospital treatment and stabilisation for serious illness and injuries and transport to definitive care. They may also be known as a first aid squad, FAST squad, emergency squad, ambulance squad, ambulance corps, life squad or by other initialisms such as EMAS or EMARS. In most places, the EMS can be summoned by members of the public (as well as medical facilities, other emergency services, businesses and authorities) via an emergency telephone number which puts them in contact with a control facility, which will then dispatch a suitable resource for the situation.[8] Ambulances are the primary vehicles for delivering EMS, though some also use cars, motorcycles, aircraft, or boats. EMS agencies may also operate a non-emergency patient transport service, and some have rescue squads to provide technical rescue services.
A blood bank is a center where blood gathered as a result of blood donation is stored and preserved for later use in blood transfusion. The term "blood bank" typically refers to a division of a hospital where the storage of blood product occurs and where proper testing is performed (to reduce the risk of transfusion related adverse events). However, it sometimes refers to a collection center, and some hospitals also perform collection. Blood banking includes tasks related to blood collection, processing, testing, separation, and storage. Several types of blood transfusion exist:[citation needed] Whole blood, which is blood transfused without separation. Red blood cells or packed cells is transfused to patients with anemia/iron deficiency. It also helps to improve the oxygen saturation in blood. It can be stored at 1.0 °C-6.0 °C for 35–45 days. Platelet transfusion is transfused to those who suffer from low platelet count. Platelets can be stored at room temperature for up to 5–7 days. Single donor platelets, which have a more platelet count but it is bit expensive than regular. Plasma transfusion is indicated to patients with liver failure, severe infections or serious burns. Fresh frozen plasma can be stored at a very low temperature of -25 °C for up to 12 months. The separation of plasma from a donor's blood is called plasmapheresis.
A cafeteria, sometimes called a canteen outside the U.S., is a type of food service location in which there is little or no waiting staff table service, whether a restaurant or within an institution such as a large office building or school; a school dining location is also referred to as a dining hall or lunchroom (in American English).Cafeterias are different from coffeehouses, although the English term came from the Spanish cafetería, same meaning.

If any cancer patient undergoing treatment at this hospital is infected with covid-19 disease during treatment, he / she will be provided special treatment at COVID-19 Care. In addition, if any officer-employee working in Dhaka Ahsania Mission, his wife, children or parents are infected with covd-19, his medical services will be, provided through this ward in this hospital. The activities in this sophisticated ward are divided into two parts, one is red zone and the other is yellow zone. It also comes with five isolation beds. Advanced medical services are provided in this ward through trained doctors and nurses. Our Bed Capacity: 1. Red Zone: Female Word: 12 beds Male Word: 12 beds 2. Yellow Zone: Female Word: 3. beds Male Word: 2 beds 3. Isulation: 5 bed 4. Cabin: 1
CT scan or computed tomography scan (formerly known as computed axial tomography or CAT scan) is a medical imaging technique used in radiology to obtain detailed internal images of the body noninvasively for diagnostic purposes. The personnel that perform CT scans are called radiographers or radiology technologists.CT scanners use a rotating X-ray tube and a row of detectors placed in the gantry to measure X-ray attenuations by different tissues inside the body. The multiple X-ray measurements taken from different angles are then processed on a computer using reconstruction algorithms to produce tomographic (cross-sectional) images (virtual "slices") of a body. The use of ionizing radiation sometimes restricts its use owing to its adverse effects. However, CT can be used in patients with metallic implants or pacemakers, for whom MRI is contraindicated.
Dental care is the maintenance of healthy teeth and may refer to: Oral hygiene, the practice of keeping the mouth and teeth clean in order to prevent dental disorders Dentistry, the professional care of teeth, including professional oral hygiene and dental surgery Oral Surgery, any of a number of medical procedures that involve artificially modifying dentition; in other words, surgery of the teeth and jaw bones
An echocardiogram can also give physicians other estimates of heart function, such as a calculation of the cardiac output, ejection fraction, and diastolic function (how well the heart relaxes).Echocardiography is an important tool in assessing wall motion abnormality in patients with suspected cardiac disease. It is a tool which helps in reaching an early diagnosis of myocardial infarction showing regional wall motion abnormality of the heart. Also, it is important in treatment and followup in patients with heart failure, by assessing ejection fraction.Echocardiography can help detect cardiomyopathies, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and many others. The use of stress echocardiography may also help determine whether any chest pain or associated symptoms are related to heart disease. The biggest advantage of echocardiography is that it is not invasive (does not involve breaking the skin or entering body cavities) and has no known risks or side effects.[4] Not only can an echocardiogram create ultrasound images of heart structures, but it can also produce accurate assessment of the blood flowing through the heart by Doppler echocardiography, using pulsed- or continuous-wave Doppler ultrasound. This allows assessment of both normal and abnormal blood flow through the heart. Color Doppler, as well as spectral Doppler, is used to visualize any abnormal communications between the left and right sides of the heart, any leaking of blood through the valves (valvular regurgitation), and estimate how well the valves open (or do not open in the case of valvular stenosis). The Doppler technique can also be used for tissue motion and velocity measurement, by tissue Doppler echocardiography.

On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation the fault annuals dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the nuhaiicharms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble that are bound toen sue; and equal blame belongs to those who fail in their duty.
We provide the best cancer care facilities in this sector.
A medical linear accelerator (LINAC) is the device most commonly used for external beam radiation treatments for patients with cancer. It delivers high-energy x-rays or electrons to the region of the patient's tumor
A CT simulator (CT-S) is a real-time, CT-linked, 3-D treatment planning system, which consists of a CT scanner, a multi-image display, a treatment planning device with real-time visual optimization, and a laser beam projector.
Cobalt therapy is the medical use of gamma rays from the radioisotope cobalt-60 to treat conditions such as cancer. Beginning in the 1950s, cobalt-60 was widely used in external beam radiotherapy (teletherapy) machines, which produced a beam of gamma rays which was directed into the patient's body to kill tumor tissue.
HDR(High-Dose Rate) brachytherapy is a form of internal radiotherapy where an oncologist:
1.Temporarily implants a catheter — a small plastic tube or balloon — in the tumor area.
2.Places highly radioactive material inside the body for a short time and then retracts it using a remote control.
3.Removes the catheter after you've completed your entire course of treatment. You may need multiple sessions of HDR brachytherapy.
Regarding myocardial viability, positive predictive value for the diagnosis of myocardial scar tissue was significantly higher for dual-head- as compared to single-head acquisition.
