Dr. Rubama Karim worked as a Medical Officer at CARe Hospital, Mohammadpur, and also served as an Honorary Medical Officer for three years in the Radiation Department at Chittagong Medical College. They later held the positions of Senior Medical Officer and Registrar in the Radiation Oncology Department at Ahsania Mission Cancer & General Hospital, Uttara, and subsequently worked as a Junior Consultant in the Radiotherapy Department at the same institution.
